California Corp. on the Central Coast ~ Otter Productions, Inc. is a California Corporation operating on the Central Coast of California in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. Founded in January of 1995 by Bruce W. Howard, with over 30 years experience in the concert business, our mission is simple;
